Subframe Protection & Joist Membrane Flashing
Most decks rot from water sitting on top of unprotected bearers and joists. Every subframe we construct is protected with heavy-duty butyl joist tape, moisture barriers, and hot-dipped galvanised or stainless steel brackets to prevent water pooling.
Australian Standards AS 1684
All framing spans, post footings, and load-bearing timber joints are calculated strictly to Australian Residential Timber-Framed Construction Code (AS 1684).
